ANREALAGE Autumn/Winter 2026-27 collection

To exist is to be seen. To disappear is to become something else.

With “GHOST,” Kunihiko Morinaga dissolves the very purpose of clothing. Presented in dialogue with Ghost in the Shell, the collection translates optical camouflage into reality—garments that reflect light, shift in pattern, and synchronize with their surroundings in real time.

Developed with LED TOKYO, each piece functions as a living surface. The silhouette destabilizes. The body does not hide—it dissolves, becoming visible only in motion.

Where fashion traditionally defines identity, ANREALAGE reverses the logic: to dress is to disappear. The boundary between self and environment softens until the wearer becomes part of the landscape.

In contrast, vivid looks emerge—psychedelic florals, voluminous silhouettes, and glam-rock distortions layered with futuristic precision. Fringe vibrates, LED surfaces pulse, and prints blur like fragmented data. Using KYOCERA’s FOREARTH system, watercolor-like textiles are produced with near-zero water, merging innovation with sustainability.

In the finale, even the environment dissolves. A monumental digital wall merges with its surroundings until image and architecture become indistinguishable.

As the last model exits, a question remains: if the body disappears, does identity remain—or does the self vanish with it?
